Customizations delay order delivery by 7-15 days.
We work hard to get your order delivered as soon as possible. During festive or busy seasons, delivery of orders may take a little longer than usual due to the large number of orders.
If a problem arises, do not hesitate to contact us so that we can help.
Exchanges and Returns
To make an exchange or return, the product must be new, unused and in its original packaging. Must have all tags where applicable.
You can make an exchange or refund up to 15 days after receiving the order. If you have made a purchase in a store, you can exchange or return it up to 15 days after purchase.
Orders placed in December may be exchanged up to 30 days after purchase. Return deadlines remain 15 days. No exchanges or returns will be accepted for personalized pieces that are not in new condition, that have been used, that are not in new condition, without the original packaging or without labels. Proof of purchase is essential.
Please provide proof of purchase for any exchange or return.
The amount referring to a return will be returned to the payment method initially chosen at the time of purchase. Returns may take approximately 5-12 business days, depending on the payment method.
ordering process
From the moment the order is completed (after confirmation of payment), it will be prepared and shipped. You will receive a shipping confirmation email, with its tracking number, so that it is possible to follow its route.
Your order must be delivered within 48 hours of shipment, if the destination is in mainland Portugal, and 3 to 5 working days with destination in the Islands (except festive seasons or high influx in which this process may undergo some change).
It is suggested that you pay attention to the delivery after receiving the shipping confirmation.
The order will be sent to the recipient and address indicated. The address referred to is the sole responsibility of the customer. In case it is returned, the costs of re-shipping will be borne by the customer.
The products will be sent in MATILDA boxes, not necessarily being sent a box per product. If you so wish, you must indicate before completing your order (discount periods are excluded).

payment methods
You can choose to pay for your purchase using MB Way, card (via stripe), PayPal or Bank Transfer after clicking FINALIZE THE PURCHASE .
Orders whose payment is completed via MB Way, Card or PayPal will be immediately followed up as payment is collected automatically.
If you choose Bank Transfer, the items in your order will be reserved for 48 hours, until payment is confirmed. You will be able to find the payment details on the order confirmation page, when you finish the checkout.
Your order will be shipped as soon as payment is confirmed. If it is not possible to send proof of payment to info@matildajewellery.com, please contact us so that the order is considered paid as soon as possible.
After 48 hours, if payment has not been completed, your items will no longer be reserved and your order will be cancelled.
